I have decided to be resolute and select a UFO (Unfinished Object) to finish off for this month’s goal, rather than choosing to make progress on one of the new projects I have on the go at present.
(I like to think of myself as a sort of production line, where sometimes I’m at the beginning of the line (ie, starting a new project); sometimes in the middle of the line (ie, picking up a WIP – work in progress); and sometimes at the very end (ie, finishing off a UFO). And due to the number of projects I have on hand, I can be at any one or all of those stages on any one day! I call it being versatile … 🙂 )
So, this month my challenge is to finish off this Disappearing Nine Patch throw-size quilt which I got to the flimsy stage some time around the middle of last year:
I haven’t decided on either the backing or binding as yet, but might use the backing which I had originally selected for last month’s project before I changed my mind – it’s a nice gentle, soothing sort of blue and white chevron pattern – all I have to do is remember where I put the fabric when I rejected it last month … *sigh* Senior Moment strikes again …
Linking up with the OMG February Goal Setting party – lots of great projects there already, you should take a look! 🙂
