Weekly Photo Challenge: Up (Take 2)

While going through my photo folders today, I came across some pictures of Henry Lee and his brother, Lafayette (who no longer lives with us 😦 ), and thought their antics fitted in perfectly with the topic of  last week’s photo challenge … Up.

  1. The law of the jungle happens no matter what we might wish for where animals are concerned. I hope Lafayette is well cared for somewhere and that knowledge can ease your heart somewhat.

  2. I know the utter delight of brother cats playing. Lafayette looks a beautiful cat. They were up very high in your photos. It seems that most cats like elevated positions.

    • I must confess to having been a little worried as to how they were going to get down, especially Layfayette when he was right at the very top! But, in the way that cats have, they managed to find their way down, and I breathed a sigh of relief. My heart is sore that Layfayette is no longer around – he got utterly sick of being picked on and beaten up by Seamus (mostly) and Rufus (less so), my other two cats (both ginger toms), and just packed his bags one day and left – I’ve seen him once since then, and immediately Seamus caught sight of him as well, the chase was on yet again. You will perhaps have noted that I have not to date mentioned Seamus and Rufus in any of my posts: this is because they are still being punished for chasing away Lafayette. Pathetic of me, I know – I’m sure they don’t even KNOW they’re being punished, but I still haven’t forgiven them! 🙂
